I have read, watched and observed how fun can make people more productive in the work place. If fun can be incorporated to change someone’s behavior and attitude for the better, then every business must relearn the aspect of it.
PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY:
Having FUN while working is just like enjoying your past time, that is why work doesn’t have to be boring or dull. Responsible fun can be incorporated in working environment in order to facilitate productivity. Work is not just any work; it must be done with passion and interest.
At the end of the day, I ask myself, have I shared the positivity to my colleagues? Did I made my clients or customers smile? What else can I do to make my working environment cheerful or how far can I go to serve all parties satisfactorily?
My outputs are the extension of self… a product of love for work. I don’t limit myself in giving what I can, there’s no such thing as little and big, only the best that I can offer.
My imperfection gives room to my desire for knowledge and experience. I don’t just wait, I make sure I go the extra mile to learn and relearn things that is needed for me to successfully contribute to the company.
